“Innovation For Smart Cities And Climate Smart Agriculture Towards Sustainable Sanitation And Climate Change”

Tata Steel Limited and Tata Steel Europe have again made it to the elite list of sustainability champions, collated by worldsteel, for the fourth year in succession. The coveted recognition is bestowed for the outstanding sustainability efforts in 2020 and is an acknowledgement of Tata Steel’s efforts at maintaining its leadership position as a world-class steel producer that focuses on the principles of sustainability. The award was received by T. V. Narendran, CEO & MD, Tata Steel, during a virtual event.

L’Oréal has been awarded a Triple A rating for its corporate sustainability for the fifth consecutive year, making it the only company in CDP’s annual ranking to achieve such a record.  CDP, a global nonprofit organization that urges companies to share their environmental data and assesses their performance and efforts to be transparent, grades groups on how they undertake climate change, protect forests and safeguard water security. 

NovoNutrients, a Silicon Valley based innovator making protein through carbon capture and utilization, was selected as one of the 11 sustainable innovations that are active in the culmination of the FEED-X programme.
